Date Name Todd Lyons, Acting Director, Immigration and Customs Enforcement 500 12th St SW Washington, DC 20536 Mr. Lyons, The reason I am writing you, today, is to inform you of an illegal immigrant in our country that needs immediate deportation. The immigrant of whom I speak is Donald J. Trump. He is the immigrant son of a German immigrant and a Scottish immigrant. He is a convicted felon who has taken refuge in our White House to avoid serving his sentence on the 34 felony counts of falsifying business records. He has also been found guilty of insurrection by a Colorado judge in November of 2023. And then he gave aid and comfort to convicted insurrectionists when he returned to the White House. So, Donald Trump is one of the undesirable illegal’s that he wants to deport. And since the Trump administration now doesn’t see birthright citizenship making people a citizen, we should give him what he wants and put him on the next flight to El Salvador Also, since birthright citizenship is not sufficient to make a person a citizen any more than Donald Trump should be removed from our White House immediately for the following reason. According to Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution, to be eligible for the Presidency, a person must be a natural-born citizen Since his parents were both immigrants and birthright citizenship isn’t applicable any more than only Native Americans can hold the office of President of the United States of America. For the reasons I have stated above, The immigrant and convicted felon Donald Trump can not hold the office of President and should be removed by I.C.E. immediately Sincerely
